Positive: Extremely helpful staff, rooms were as pictured on the website, cleaned every day with new bathroom essentials replaced if we had used them toothbrush/Toothpaste, comb, cap, earbuds etc. Amazing shower, huge! Bottled water provided every day too. Pool area was great, not busy at all so always sunbeds available. We extended our stay and were able to keep the same room. Trips are available to book from reception and they also provide a paid service to the airport, extremely nice hotel branded car too!
Negative: Breakfast was included in our stay, we tried this once but due to most items being left out and uncovered in the outside area some of it had bugs crawling all over it so we didn't really eat and only went this once. Due to the area being outside, more covering/storage would be beneficial.
Summary: Gorgeous little hotel, would definitely stay again.

Positive: Great hotel – clean, modern, and very comfortable. Extremely friendly staff, delicious breakfast, and a quiet location within walking distance of the city center. The pool is perfect for relaxing after sightseeing. Highly recommended!

Positive: The photos do not do it credit. It was a really lovely place to stay. The staff were great, the facilities spot on and the best thing I could do, and it was nothing I have ever found in any hotel abroad, was plug in my travel plug and it stayed in the wall.
Negative: Nothing.
Summary: Thoroughly enjoyed it and would stay there again.

Positive: I chose this hotel because of the pool and the price of the room, and I was very satisfied with both! I can't believe they offer a mini buffet for breakfast, as well. They have some bicycles available for free, and they arranged a motorbike rental for me for about $10 USD (24 hours).
Negative: No real complaint about the breakfast (considering the price of the room), but a few tweaks could make it much better (having chilies for spicy food lovers, Maggi sauce for eggs, ice cubes for drinks, etc.). The fridge in the room is useless (min bar style, but it doesn't actually get cold enough for drinks). Wifi internet speed is terrible.

Positive: We had a great time at this place. Great quiet room. Every detail has been thought out. Excellent staff. Delicious buffet breakfasts. The best Wi-Fi without interruptions. They arranged for us to go to the waterfalls and the trip went great. I definitely recommend this hotel.
